!!! Cancellations:
Before booking an appointment please be advised about our cancellation policy. We require 48-hour notice if you can't attend the appointment you booked. Later than 48 hours cancellation or rescheduling or no-shows is a matter of 100% service price cancellation fee. If not comply with the cancellation policy - the client will lose the ability to self-book online and will need to request the next appointments by email. The next appointment is possible after the full payment for the previous appointment.

Belongings: Please be informed, that we are not responsible for any personal belongings. Please keep track of them yourself. Thank you for understanding. You will be able to keep your belongings with you in the treatment room for your comfort.

New client:
If you are a new client - please register your client account by link: valeology.noterro.com, then choose the initial appointment (massage or osteopathy) and fill out the intake form (it will be automatically sent to your email, if not found please check your spam box). Our intake form has been designed very flexibly to meet the wishes of clients who want to share a lot of details and for those who prefer to be as short as possible (you will need to just skip non-mandatory fields by your choice)

Regular client:
If you are a regular client, choose the type of appointment and date that works for you. If you were unable to find a comfortable date, please contact the clinic at: winnipegosteopathy@gmail.com (sometimes we have last minute cancellations and can accommodate you). Regular clients will be asked to fill out the intake form again annually.

Modalities available:
There are a few modalities available in the clinic. You can choose osteopathy or massage type of appointment and choose the modality depending on your preferences:
- relaxation (wellness) - general soothing whole body techniques to promote maintenance and recovery to the body to not addressing some particular dysfunctions
- therapeutic (remedial) - more intensive and more localized treatment focused on current body dysfunctions
- psychosomatic osteopathy - pretty deep and intense method aimed to discover and resolve the initial and causal mechanisms for dysfunctions, discomfort which the body could hold inside from past traumas, current chronic stress and feelings related to future expectations.
